Client has MS. Assist lift transfer. Had breast-cancer and chemo destroyed bones in feet. Wears special shoes, even to bed. Feet are out only for a few moments when removing daytime compression socks. Then add night-time compression. Needs Aquaphor for between legs and anywhere where skin creases. Be gentle and respectful. Cognitive and will tell you what she wants. Do not hover.
