Caregiver (PT)

83 Y/O F Retired Nurse has need for 3 day/wk Female CG for 8hrs. NEEDS are as follows: companionship/driver/good cook (mexican food favorite), bilingual a plus spanish/english/light housekeeping/medication reminders. She is a buddhist who loves rock music, novelas, museums, movies, gardening, short walks. She also has a need to go to cemetery every other week to visit spouse-approx 10min from house. Diagnosis: Diabetic (insulin), Kidney Dz, Alz/Dementia. She is mainly independent with ADLs, just needing supervision. No incontinence issues. . Lives alone, no pets. Parking in back of house- security gate for parking & to get into house. Buzzer is next to security gate door up the front steps- she will let you in to park via remote
