27 year old male with developmental disabilities. Has previously shown signs of emotional instability. Can be highly combative (emotionally but not physically). Requires full personal care. Can ambulate independently. Requires supervision a queuing to complete ADL’s. Lives with adoptive mother but she will not always be present. No pets, no smoking, no transportation required. Someone experienced with developmental disabilities and non-compliant clients ideal. Someone with redirection experience and deescalation techniques a plus.
