Client Details:
– Female client in her 90’s
– DX: Alzheimer’s
– fairly independent physically but needs supervision, companionship and queuing
– Client only speaks FARSI
Care Needs:
– personal care (bathing and grooming)
– companionship
– walking with client
– light housekeeping
– meal preparation
– drive client
